Package Details
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The above itinerary and costing are based on a minimum group size of 30 paying students. The quoted hotel category is subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may be replaced by another hotel of similar category and standard. Accommodation is based on triple sharing. Any reduction in the number of participants may result in a revision of the per-person cost. Transportation is based on a good-condition AC coach for the complete itinerary from Jaipur arrival to Jaipur departure. Any additional usage of the coach beyond the agreed itinerary, additional kilometres, additional hours or additional transfers will be charged separately. The Sariska safari is subject to permit availability, park regulations and availability of the required safari vehicle. Safari charges are subject to revision by the concerned authorities and any increase after confirmation will be payable by the group. Monument entrance fees are subject to prevailing government rates and any increase after confirmation will be payable by the group. Village/community visits and educational activities are subject to prior permission, availability and local conditions. Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s standard timings. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Special meal requirements, if any, must be advised in advance and will be subject to hotel/restaurant confirmation. Any damage caused to hotel property, coach or other services by members of the group will be payable by the concerned person/group. The company will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, natural calamities, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions, wildlife reserve closures or other unforeseen circumstances. Any unused portion of the package or services not utilised by the group will not be refundable. Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Cancellation and amendment charges will be applicable as per the booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation. The final balance payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
The above costing is a working estimate for preparing the proposal. Final rates will depend on hotel availability, coach quotation, monument and safari fees, group requirements and travel dates.

DAY 01: ARRIVAL JAIPUR – PINK CITY SIGHTSEEING
Arrival at Jaipur Airport/Railway Station and assistance by our representative. Transfer to the hotel by AC coach. Check-in and freshen up. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for sightseeing of City Palace and Jantar Mantar, followed by a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening visit to the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 02: JAIPUR – AMBER FORT & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Amber Fort, followed by a photo stop at Jal Mahal. Lunch at the hotel/local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Albert Hall Museum or another suitable educational attraction. Evening cultural/group activity may be arranged, subject to availability. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 03: JAIPUR – AJMER & PUSHKAR EXCURSION
After breakfast, proceed by AC coach for a full-day excursion to Ajmer and Pushkar. Visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah and explore the historical and cultural significance of Ajmer. Continue to Pushkar and visit Pushkar Lake and the surrounding heritage area. Lunch during the excursion. Explore the local market and experience the cultural atmosphere of Pushkar. Return to Jaipur in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 04: JAIPUR – SARISKA / ALWAR
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Sariska/Alwar by AC coach. En-route visit a suitable local village/community area, subject to availability. Lunch en-route. On arrival, check in at the hotel/resort. In the afternoon, visit Alwar city or a nearby heritage attraction, subject to timings. Evening nature activity or leisure at the resort. Dinner and overnight stay in Sariska/Alwar.

DAY 05: SARISKA – WILDLIFE & NATURE EXPERIENCE
Early morning breakfast/packed breakfast. Proceed for Sariska Tiger Reserve safari, subject to permit availability and park regulations. Explore the wildlife reserve and observe its diverse flora and fauna. Return to the hotel. Lunch. Afternoon at leisure or optional nature/educational activity. An awareness session on wildlife conservation and environmental protection may be arranged, subject to availability. Dinner and overnight stay in Sariska/Alwar.

DAY 06: SARISKA / ALWAR – JAIPUR DEPARTURE
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on the departure timing, visit a suitable heritage attraction such as Alwar City Palace or Bala Quila, subject to opening hours and accessibility. Lunch en-route. Proceed to Jaipur by AC coach. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to Jaipur Airport/Railway Station for onward journey.
