TERMS & CONDITIONS
The above itinerary and costing are based on a minimum group size of 30 paying students. The quoted hotel category is subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may be replaced by another hotel of similar category and standard. Accommodation is based on triple sharing. Any reduction in the number of participants may result in a revision of the per-person cost. Transportation is based on a good-condition AC coach for the complete itinerary from Jaipur arrival to Jaipur departure. Any additional usage of the coach beyond the agreed itinerary, additional kilometres, additional hours or additional transfers will be charged separately. Monument entrance fees are subject to prevailing government rates and any increase after confirmation will be payable by the group. Optional activities are subject to availability and additional charges. Desert activities and cultural itinerarys are subject to availability and local operating conditions. Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s standard timings. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Special meal requirements, if any, must be advised in advance and will be subject to hotel/restaurant confirmation. Any damage caused to hotel property, coach or other services by members of the group will be payable by the concerned person/group. The company will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, natural calamities, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any unused portion of the package or services not utilised by the group will not be refundable. Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Cancellation and amendment charges will be applicable as per the booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation. The final balance payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.

DAY 01: ARRIVAL JAIPUR – PINK CITY EXPERIENCE
Arrival at Jaipur Airport/Railway Station and assistance by our representative. Transfer to the hotel by AC coach. Check-in and freshen up. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit City Palace and Jantar Mantar, followed by a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening visit to the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 02: JAIPUR – AMBER FORT & CULTURAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Amber Fort. En-route photo stop at Jal Mahal. Lunch at the hotel/local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Albert Hall Museum or another suitable educational attraction. Evening group cultural activity may be arranged, subject to availability. Dinner and overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 04: UDAIPUR – HERITAGE & CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

In the afternoon, visit Bagore Ki Haveli and explore the old city and local handicrafts. Optional boat ride on Lake Pichola can be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges.
