The above itinerary and costing are based on a minimum group size of 30 paying students. The quoted hotel category is subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may be replaced by another hotel of similar category and standard. Accommodation is based on triple sharing. Any reduction in the number of participants may result in a revision of the per-person cost. Transportation is based on a good-condition AC coach for the agreed itinerary from Udaipur arrival to Jaipur departure. Any additional usage of the coach beyond the agreed itinerary, additional kilometers, additional hours or additional transfers will be charged separately. Monument entrance fees are subject to prevailing government rates and any increase after confirmation will be payable by the group. The village school visit and student interaction are subject to prior permission, school calendar, availability and local conditions and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed. Monument visits are subject to opening days, timings and prevailing government regulations. Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s standard timings. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Special meal requirements, if any, must be advised in advance and will be subject to hotel/restaurant confirmation. Any damage caused to hotel property, coach or other services by members of the group will be payable by the concerned person/group. The company will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, natural calamities, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any unused portion of the package or services not utilised by the group will not be refundable. Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Cancellation and amendment charges will be applicable as per the booking conditions confirmed at the time of reservation. The final balance payment must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
