Terms and Conditions:

• All payment will be drawn in favour of UBS Hotels & Motels Pvt. Ltd, 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Rates are uniformed for Single and Double Occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

•  All cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.
•  All booking confirmation to be received 45 days prior to arrival. The booking will be released only if the payment is not received 30 days prior to the date of the arrival.
• All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.

Pre-Payment Policy

• Pre-payment service vouchers must be received at the time of booking for the confirmation.  (No later than 30 days prior to the arrival date).
• All payments have to be settled prior to departure from the hotel in cash, CC, Bank Transfer or UPI.

Guidelines for Reservations:

• Check-in time is 13:00 Hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 Hrs.
• Reservations with check-in prior to 0700 hours are held from the previous evening and are billed from the previous evening itself.
• All confirmed reservations will be held until 1800 hours on the day of arrival and then released unless guaranteed. Released reservations will only be accommodated subject to availability of rooms.
• To guarantee a room beyond the release time on the date of the arrival the hotel will require a one night’s deposit in cash, or a credit card guarantee or a billing letter
• Guaranteed reservations will be honored till noon the following day. Guaranteed reservations, however, may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations if any, will need to be done 30 days prior to arrival to avoid any retention charges
