• Check-intime is 14:00 hours & check out time is 12:00
• EarlyCheck-in and late check-out is subject to availability of  Guaranteed early check in will be charged one full day contracted room rate and the room will be booked from a day prior to the arrival date.
• Latecheck-out up-to 1700  Will be charged 50% and post 1700 hrs will be charged 100% of the contracted rate.
• Anyadditional requirements of rooms / extension of stay requested directly at the hotel will be charged as per the best available rate of the
• The above special Rates are subject to change and are not applicable forevents such as Weddings, Conferences, delegations, incentive tours, Domestic Corporate/FITs.
• SpecialRates are not valid on blackout
• Christmasand New Year Dates where contracted rates are not valid
• Advance payment will be non- refundable, nor adjustable in case of cancellation of rooms during Sold Out/ Blackout dates/ Diwali / Christmas /New
• Max occupancy in the room would be 2 adults + 2 kids below the age of 12 years or a maximum of 3

Cancellation Policy

In case of Cancellation or amendment of the reservation post receipt of the voucher or written confirmation of the same, the entire guaranteed stay charges will be applicable as retention and shall be paid within 7 days from the date of receipt of the bills.

Payment Details

 A100 % advance towards the minimum guaranteed billing will be required at the time of receipt of Voucher or confirmed in written.

All extra charges unless specified shall have to be paid by each guest directly at thepoint of sale / check
