Terms & Conditions: –

• Hotel’s check in 02:00 pm & check out time is 12:00 noon.
• Government taxes will be charged extra as applicable unless specified.
• A credit card guarantee/token advance would be required 48 hours prior to the arrival date in order to guarantee the reservation.
• For all room booking wherein the payment is to be made by the companies with credit facility a letter specifying the same and duly signed by an authorized person should be sent for each reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel/release non guaranteed reservations 48 hrs prior to the date of arrival, without notice.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize one night’s room charge on the credit card given for guarantee purposes unless the reservation is guaranteed by a company letter or an advance deposit.
• We do not accept personal cheque.
• Children above 8 years of age, sharing the room will be charged as an extra person.
• Airport/ Railway Station transfers if required can be organized on chargeable basis.
• Any modification in the reservation would be subject to availability & may attract additional charges.
• Preferences are kept on priority, subject to availability but not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event of a No Show or cancellation within 48 hours of the date of arrival, retention of one night room charges plus applicable taxes would be charged.
• In the event of a No Show or cancellation within 45 days of the date of arrival for a Group reservation (5 or more rooms), retention of one night Room Rent plus applicable taxes would be charged.

• For Indian Nationals: Drivers License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhar Card.
• For International Guests: Passport with valid visa.
• You’re working cell phone number. Reception will countercheck the working of the same by calling your number.
• Your vehicle number (if parked in or around the hotel premise)
