• By Air:Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in Delhi is a feasible option for travelling to Shimla as it serves both domestic and well as International flights.
• By Rail:Another Alternative is New Delhi Railway Station is one through which most trains arrive and depart from Delhi and is located in Paharganj, near Connaught Place.
• By Road: One of the best Option will be through Buses as it is well connected to cities like Jaipur, Agra, Alwar, Dehradun and even Kathmandu among others.

• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
• Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
• Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travelers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Caravan Hospitality control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Caravan Hospitality will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
• Rohtang Top’s Permits are excluded. (Directly Payable to the Union)

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 1 day before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
