• By Air: Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in Delhi is a feasible option for traveling to Shimla as it serves both domestic and well as International flights.
• By Rail: Another Alternative is the New Delhi Railway Station is one through which most trains arrive and depart from Delhi and is located in Paharganj, near Connaught Place.
• By Road: One of the best Options will be by Bus as it is well connected to cities like Jaipur, Agra, Alwar, Dehradun, and even Kathmandu among others.

• Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
• The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
• Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
• ACs doesn’t work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
• All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
• Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

• The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travelers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Caravan Hospitality control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Caravan Hospitality will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) if bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
• Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
• Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
