TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Above rates are Net rates.
• The above special rates are subject to change as per the hotel policy.
• Extra bed / person will be charged on above Eight year of age guest (with or without bed)
• Rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, and are only valid for single and double occupancy.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults plus one child/adult or Three adults.
• Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking.

Cancellation & Important policy:

• Cancellation charges will be 10% of the booking amount if cancelled before 15 days of check in.
• Cancellation charges will be 50% of the booking amount if cancelled within 15 to 7 days of check in.
• Cancellation charges will be 100% of the booking amount if cancelled within 7 days of check in.
• No show – no refund.
