- Tour price is subject to change as per the occupancy on the tour. Early birds get the best deal
- Itinerary is subject to change on ground keeping the arrival time / on ground feasibility. Few of the sightseeing are closed during the week which we shall try to cover next day.
- Many regions do not have star category hotels. Generally there isn’t any star categorization in this sector, however the same is demarcated as per prices and put into slabs of 2*/ 3*/ 4* or STD/ DLX/ PRM or
- In case of Sustainable Development Fee (Royalty Fee) applicable, the entire Indian tourist has to pay the same at the time of booking SDF @INR 1,200/- per adult per night, INR 600/-per kid (5-11years) per night. GST and TCS will be extra
- Packages are based on base category rooms, irrespective of the Hotel category opted.

- Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior. Any expenses arising out of this is to be borne by the customer.
- Mostly hotels do not have lift facility and the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee and heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we request you to update this at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action and try for rooms in the Ground floor. This is again subject to availability and DIFFRENCE IF ANY WILL HAVE TO BE SETTELED DIRECTLY BEFORE CHECK OUT.
- In hilly areas, scarcity of water and electricity is a natural phenomenon. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedule for supplying hot and cold water. We strongly regret the inconvenience and look forward for your cooperation.
- In hills, most of the hotels are located in a way where the view might be of a building in the front, beside or behind it there will not be any refund in cased any of the sightseeing is missed / uncovered during the trip.
- Most of the Hotels in this region do not have Tea / coffee maker / mini fridge / enhanced toiletry kit(with moisturizer, tooth paste, brush, shaving kit, lufa, bathroom sleepers, bath-robe) etc.
- For meal plans, menu will be on fixed plan / buffet basis and not on A-la-Carte basis. MAP and AP Meal plans do not include Evening snacks and cold drinks / liquor, Soups or Deserts. For order on A-la-Carte basis, guests are requested to make direct payment for additional items.
- Monument will remain closed on Government holiday as well as on Sundays
- All Indian nationals visiting Bhutan require visa to enter Bhutan. However, they MUST produce any of the following documents.
- Valid Indian Passport (Validity Should be more than 06 Months at the end of the Tour)
- All documents must be original and photocopy of it will not be considered a valid document during travel.
- Package and rates offered are not valid OCI, NRIs and PIO Passport Holders and Foreigner nationals.
- For issuing the tickets we need the scan copy of above mentioned documents. Please send us the scan copies at the time of booking only.
- Costs are valid for Indian nationals possessing valid Indian passport (Validity Should be more than 06 Months at the end of the Tour)
- Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal).
- To travel to Punakha you need to obtain permit by submitting clear scanned copies of the Passport for passenger’s kids at the time of booking. And you also need to carry the original of these documents while travelling to Bhutan
- The New Indian currency of INR 200 and 500 denominations is now valid at Bhutan for Domestic use.

- Extra mattress on floor provided where proper extra bed isn’t available.
- Please consult driver / local representative for next day’s sightseeing schedule / Transfers timings.
- Due to un foreseen situations (force majeure / traffic jams / traffic halts / diversions / Band / curfew, Union strike, VVIP movement, etc.) the vehicle reporting may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in ASAP.

Few Dos and Don’ts to be the “Great Guests” that we expect from others visiting our homes. While some of the pointers require Self-awareness, some actually are strictly prohibited.
- Take a Little Consent before taking pictures of people and their materials;
- Respect things local including Drivers and Guides;
- A little bargaining is expected but not too much haggling;
- Bother to learn / understand the local language-it helps a lot. This helps differentiate ‘rude’ from ‘local tone’ and also helps your bargaining J
- Maintain Cleanliness. Pls. use dustbins or take back the days litter to your hotel’s bin.
- Do not Drink in Public Places
- Take Proper permits are required to take video or film
- Drone Photography is not permitted;
- Do not dirty and damage vehicles, hotels; property
- Do not misbehave or man-handle locals and staff;
- Avoid Plastic, Go Green. Let’s aim to keep the country clean.
- Do not carry Alcohol on board which moving from one destination to another
- Most leisure holiday destinations are relaxed, remote places. They may look less on professionalism but are high on humility. Let us be respectful of locals and the ‘culture’ that is the prime highlight of that place.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- All domestic Hotels / Transport rates are based on current tariff and subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by are in the capacity of an agent only. Will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights and acts of force majeure.
- All travelers while returning to India should submit a self-declaration form (mandatory) on the online Air Suvidha portal (newdelhiairport.in) before the scheduled travel, including the last 14 days of travel details. Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to the authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution if found otherwise.
Tour Plan
Day 1 Arrival in Paro and transfer to Thimphu (65 km/ 02 hour drive approximately)
Once you arrive in Paro, you will be received by our representative and guide who will transfer you to your hotel in Thimphu. Upon arrival, proceed for check-in at your hotel. Depending on arrival time, we can proceed for city sightseeing or relax in the hotel.
Visit interesting weekend market (Thu-Sun).Vegetable vendors from different pockets of the country come to sell their products.

Day 2 Thimphu Sightseeing:
In the morning we will visit Handmade paper mill, School of Arts and crafts (closed on Sundays, government holidays) where students learn 13 different arts used predominantly in Bhutan. We will also visit nearby folk heritage museum and National Library before lunch. After lunch, drive pass by Memorial Chorten built in memory of the 3rd King. Visit Buddha view point, Changangkha Lhakhang, the oldest temple in the valley, Enclosure where national animal, Takin are kept and Zilukha Nunnery.

Day 3 Thimphu to Punakha (2 ½ hrs):
Today’s drive passes through Dochula pass at 3150 making the most beautiful pass in Bhutan. 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens built over the pass by queen mother in 2003marks the pass more important than another passes. When the weather permits one can enjoy a spectacular view of the highest mountains of Bhutan at a sight that stretches almost 180 degrees. After a photo break, we will continue our drive to warm valley of Punakha.
On arrival, check in to the hotel. Afternoon, we will visit the most beautiful Punakha Dzong, which houses the most elaborated temple in the country. The Dzong, showcase the finest example of the arts and crafts of Bhutan. Overnight in Punakha, altitude 1350m

Day 4 Punakha to Jakar (7 Hrs):
Check out of the hotel and visit Chimi Lhakhang on foot, the temple of fertility associated with religious art of phallus. Drive over Pelela Pass at 3300m which forms the part of Black Mountain Range that divides the country into east and west. Drive through Trongsa and pass by Yotongla pass at 3425m. En route stop at the weaving place where”Yatha” (wool weaving) is made which Bumthang is famous for.
Overnight in Jakar, altitude 2650m

Day 5 Jakar sightseeing:
Visit Jampay Lhakhang, the one of the first 2 Buddhist temples built in the country. This is the home of the naked dance that is still performed annually. Visit Kurjey temple, the site where the royals are cremated. One can either walk cross the suspension bridge and visit the village of Parar and Tamshing on foot or drive there. End your day with a walk passing by the Swiss farm.
Evening stroll in Jakar town and try some local pancake and noodles.

Day 6 Jakar to Phobjikha (6-7 hrs):
Retrace and enjoy the drive to Phobjikha, the valley of black necked cranes. En route stop to visit the majestic Trongsa Dzong (fortress), home of the royals and the watch tower which house a museum now. We will visit Gangtey Gonpa and take 2 hours natural trail walk down hill before we drive to our hotel.
Overnight in Phobjikha (altitude 2900m).

Day 7 Phobjikha to Paro (6 hrs):
After Early Breakfast drive to Paro. Afternoon we will visit National Museum, the first of its kind which has a collection from natural history to religious paintings. Visit 17 century Paro Dzong (Fortress) on foot and continue walking through the oldest wooden bridge still in use. Visit Kichu Lhakhang, one from the two oldest temples built in7th century. Evening stroll old Paro town and peep into some local handicrafts stores. Overnight in Paro, altitude 2200m

Day 8 Paro Sightseeing:
In the morning, we will hike to Tiger’s Nest Temple, the most revered temple in the country that literally hangs on a granite cliff overlooking the Paro valley at 900m above the valley floor. The temple is associated with Guru Rimpoche who visited in 8th century and believed to have meditated three months in this cave and converted entire valley into Buddhism. It is 2 hours walk up hill for an average hiker, however it can take our almost entire day too. Evening back to the hotel and relax. Overnight in Paro.

Day 9 Departure:
