Things not to Miss:

How to reach:
By Air:Â The closest domestic airport to Jaisalmer is Jodhpur Airport, which is the best way to reach Jaisalmer by air. There are regular flights to Jodhpur from cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Udaipur. From the airport, it will take you around 5 to 6 hours to reach Jaisalmer by road.
By Rail:Â Direct trains from Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur can be availed to reach Jaisalmer. The luxury train ‘Palace on Wheels’ can also be availed to reach Jaisalmer. On reaching the station, a representative will be ready to take you to your pre-booked hotel.
By Road:Â Jaisalmer has good road connectivity with the nearby city of Jodhpur which in turn has a great connectivity of roads with Jaipur, Udaipur, and Bikaner.

More Detail
- Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Standard check in time at the camps is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
- The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
- Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Day 1 Arrival at Jaisalmer | Welcome to the Jewel Of The Thar Desert
Upon your arrival in Jaisalmer, the driver will pick you up from the airport or railway station and take you to your pre-booked hotel. Once you check in, enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure. You can stroll around the beautiful markets such as Bhatia Bazaar, known for its woodworks & mirror work. You can also visit the famous Bada Bagh, an impressive cenotaph complex featuring grand chhatris (cenotaphs) and breathtaking desert views.
Transfer in Swift Dzire, Toyota Etios or similar
- The driver will pick you up from Jaisalmer airport/railway station/bus stand and will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Jaisalmer | Explore the Secrets Hidden Behind the Beautiful Sand Dunes
Post check-out, the driver will pick you up from your hotel and take your for sightseeing of Jaisalmer. Start by visiting the iconic Jaisalmer Fort, offering anceint architecture. Next, admire the charming Gadisar Lake & visit the ancient Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmahal ki Haveli & Salim Singh ki Haveli. Later, get transferred to the Sam Sand Dunes & check-in to your desert camp. Have an adventurous evening with a camel ride, bonfire, traditional dance, and a traditional dinner.

Set out on an exploratory journey to Lodhruva, a captivating village that once marked the entry to India on the ancient Silk Route. Discover the allure of the abandoned village of Kuldhara and marvel at the majestic royal Cenotaphs at Badabagh. You will be drop at your desired location in Jaisalmer for your journey home.
