How to Reach?
By Air:Â The best way to reach Kathmandu is via boarding a flight from India. Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu is located only 6 km away from the city center. There are direct flights that operate on a regular basis from Indian cities like Delhi & Kolkata and take around 1.5 hours to reach.
By Rail:Â There is only one direct train from India to Nepal that starts from Jainagar (Bihar) to Janakpur in Nepal and then further by road to Kathmandu. But the best way is to take a train to Gorakhpur or Raxaul which are very well connected to other major Indian cities. One can further take a cab/ bus to reach Kathmandu.
By Road:Â With six border crossings with India, road travel is an economical and scenic way to reach Nepal. For those coming from Delhi or Varanasi, the most convenient crossing point is Sunauli, near Bhairahawa. There are daily direct air-conditioned buses from both cities available, as well as private cars for hire. The other popular crossing is the Raxaul border accessible from Patna, Panitanki accessible from West Bengal.

- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Day 1 Kathmandu Arrival | Welcome to the Himalayan Gateway
Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, complete the immigration process at the airport, and then meet our local representative who will help you with your transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities, rest for some time and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

- The driver will pick you up from the airport and drop you at your pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu | Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites
Post breakfast driver will pick you up from your hotel & take you for a city tour of Kathmandu. Firstly visit Pashupatinath Temple & Boudhanath Stupa, then visit the central Durbar Square and the Swayambhunath Stupa. You can also explore Thamel(Local Market) if time permits. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Activity: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
- Pashupatinath Templeis a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Pashupati. This is currently the largest temple in the world as well as one of the oldest temples.
- Boudhanath Stupais semicircle shaped and contains the relics and remains of Buddha. The huge mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in the world.
- Visit Patan’s central Durbar Squarewhich is an architectural center point with a far greater concentration of temples per sq. meter than in Kathamandu or Bhaktapur.
- Next visit Swayambhunaththe golden spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu Stupa is adorned with a colorful fluttering of prayer flags.
- Now explore the local market (Thamel) and shop for some local artifacts and enjoy the local cuisine.
Day 3 Transfer to Pokhara | Blessings at Manakamana Temple
The driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Pokhara. On the way, you will be visiting Manakamana Devi temple, which is a highly revered sacred place of the Hindu Goddess Bhagwati, an incarnation of Parvati. After taking the blessings we will proceed toward Pokhara. On arrival complete your check-in formalities. Enjoy the rest day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pokhara.

- Visit Manakamana Temple, perched on a hill, which offers spiritual solace and panoramic views. To reach the temple take a Cable Car ride (tickets at additional cost) which will take 10-15 minutes to reach the temple and will leave you with an unforgettable experience.
Day 4 Sightseeing in Pokhara | Nature’s Haven in Simple Words
Pokhara is a place where nature shows off its best tricks. This cozy town in Nepal is like a hidden treasure, surrounded by mountains and filled with wonders. Pokhara is like a big, warm hug from nature. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or a peace-lover, this town has something just for you. Whilst being here you can explore Devi’s Waterfall, Gupteshwar Cave, and Bindhyabasini Temple

 Activity: A Sightseeing Adventure in Pokhara
- Devi’s Falls, also known as Patale Chango, is a mesmerizing waterfall in Pokhara that seemingly disappears into the earth.
- Gupteshwar Cavein Pokhara is a mysterious underground cave with lots of rocks and a special shrine.
- The Bindhyabasini Templeis the oldest temple in the city of Pokhara. The temple is devoted to the goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali.
Day 5 Transfer to Chitwan | Explore Cultural Diversity
After breakfast in the hotel in Pokhara, board your transfer to Chitwan. Upon reaching Chitwan, complete the check-in formalities and rest for some time. Then Driver will pick you up for the Tharu Cultural Program comprising of Stick Dance, Fire Dance, Peacock Dance, etc. in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Chitwan.

Day 6 Jungle Activities in Chitwan | Explore Chitwan National Park
Post breakfast in the morning, and get ready to explore Chitwan National Park. Enjoy Elephant/Jeep Safari (Any One). Learn about the efforts to increase the population of fast-becoming endangered animals like elephants and crocodiles. Get the chance to witness the beautiful Jungle and the local & migratory Birds. Next, Enjoy a Canoeing ride and then witness the surreal Sunset at Rapti River. Overnight stay at Chitwan.

After having your breakfast at the hotel, start your journey towards Nagarkot from Chitwan. On the way, take a short stopover in Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur houses some marvelous architectural wonders like 55 Windows Palace, Golden Gate, and the magnificent five-storied pagoda-style Nyatapola Temple. Reach Nagarkot by evening which is famous for offering the broadest views of the Highest Himalayan Ranges. Overnight stay at the hotel in Nagarkot.

Your amazing Nepal tour concludes as you get dropped off at the Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey.
