Overview
We are pleased to share our proposed 6 Nights / 7 Days Student Tour Package for Bangalore, Mysore, Coorg, and Ooty in November. The package has been specially designed for 40 students + 4 complimentary teachers (land arrangement) including 4 Star + hotels, AC coach, all meals, and comprehensive sightseeing.
The student group itinerary shared here is tentative and can be customized or modified further at the time of discussion as per your requirements.
Bangalore – Mysore – Coorg – Ooty Student Tour
Duration: 6 Nights / 7 Days
Group Size: 40 Students + 4 Teachers (complimentary)
Travel: Jaipur ⇄ Bangalore (by flight)
Travel Insurance: Basic accident insurance included. Any comprehensive/medical insurance is optional & chargeable.
Meals: Standard vegetarian & non-vegetarian options in group buffets. Any special dietary request to be informed in advance.
Force Majeure: Caravan Hospitality not liable for delays/cancellations due to weather, strikes, curfews, natural calamities, government orders.
Behavior & Safety: Teachers/school staff responsible for student discipline. Any damages in hotel/coach caused by students will be charged to the school.
Validity: Package valid for November 2025 travel; subject to room & transport availability at time of booking.
Inclusions
- Accommodation in 3★+ hotels (triple sharing for students, twin sharing for teachers).
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner daily (buffet / set menus).
- AC 49/50-seater bus for transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary (with driver bata, tolls, parking, interstate taxes).
- Professional tour escort with the group throughout.
- Local guides at Mysore Palace & selected monuments.
- Entry fees for all included sightseeing (student group rates).
- Complimentary teachers: 4 free (twin sharing).
- Basic travel insurance (accident cover).
- 2 bottles of packaged water per student per day.
Exclusions
- Airfare Jaipur ⇄ Bangalore (payable at actual at time of booking).
- Personal expenses (snacks, laundry, phone, room service).
- Camera / video charges at monuments.
- Optional activities (toy train, boating, cultural shows unless specified).
- Any item not mentioned under inclusions.
- GST extra as applicable

Terms & Conditions
- Group Size:Quote based on minimum 40 paying students + 4 complimentary teachers. Fewer participants will affect per-head price.
- Teachers’ land package is complimentary,
- But flight tickets are not free and will be paid separately.
- Rooming:Students in triple sharing; teachers in twin sharing. Extra bed/mattress used where required.
Advance & Payment:
- 25% advance at confirmation (non-refundable).
- 50% 30 days before departure.
- Balance 15 days before departure.
- Air tickets to be paid 100% at the time of issuance.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days: 10% of package cost.
- 15–30 days: 50%.
- 15 days: 100% (no refund).
(Flight tickets subject to airline cancellation rules.)
Tour Plan
Day 1 – Jaipur Bangalore → Mysore
- Morning flight Jaipur → Bangalore.
- Meet & greet, board AC coach.
- Enroute visit Srirangapatna (Tipu Sultan’s Palace, Gumbaz).
- Check-in, dinner & overnight stay in Mysore.
Day 2 – Mysore Sightseeing
- Visit Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hills, St. Philomena’s Church.
- Afternoon: Mysore Zoo.
- Evening: Brindavan Gardens (musical fountain).
- Dinner & overnight in Mysore.
Day 3 – Mysore → Coorg (5 hrs)
- Scenic drive to Coorg.
- Visit Dubare Elephant Camp, Abbey Falls.
- Evening sunset at Raja’s Seat.
- Dinner & overnight in Coorg.
Day 4 – Coorg Sightseeing → Ooty (6 hrs)
- Breakfast, visit a Coffee Plantation tour & museum.
- Drive to Ooty via forest route.
- Evening: Ooty Lake & Rose Garden.
- Dinner & overnight in Ooty
Day 5 – Ooty Full Day Sightseeing
- Visit Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Peak, Tea Factory & Museum.
- Optional: Toy Train ride (Ooty–Coonoor) (subject to tickets).
- Dinner & overnight in Ooty.
Day 6 – Ooty → Bangalore (7 hrs)
- Breakfast, check-out, drive back to Bangalore.
- Evening Bangalore local visit (if time permits: Lalbagh Garden / MG Road shopping).
- Dinner & overnight stay in Bangalore.
Day 7 – Bangalore Jaipur (Departure)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Drop at airport for flight back to Jaipur.
