By Air:Â Cochin International Airport (CIAL) makes flying into Kerala easy and convenient, no matter which part of India or the world one is coming from.
By Rail: Kochi has two major railway stations – Ernakulam Town and Ernakulam Junction which are well connected with the other parts of India.
By Road:Â All major cities in Kerala are well connected with different parts of India through a good network of roads. Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and various private bus services connect all the big and small cities inside Kerala.
Note: The Rajamalai National Park (Eravikulam National Park) is closed during February and March due to the breeding season of Thars.

- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e. weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
- The exact location will be shared with you post-booking.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the property will be charged at that time only.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- If in case any traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Caravan Hospitality will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 10.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 3 days to 7 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 3 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Day 1 Arrival at Kochi & Enroute to Munnar | Welcome to the God’s Own Country
- Welcome to God’s Own Country! Following your arrival at Kochi, you will receive a warm welcome from our representative, and travel to Munnar.
- After reaching Munnar, you will check into the hotel and relax for a while.
- In the evening, you will head out to visit the spice plantations to sink in the aromatic wind and spend a quiet evening amidst the lush greenery.
- After spending a wonderful evening, head back to the hotel.
- Overnight cozy stay at Munnar hotel/resort.
Day 2 Munnar | Explore the Endangered Mountain Goat
- Enjoy your breakfast, and get ready for the sightseeing tour.
- Get captivated by the beauty of Flower garden, Mattupetty Dam, Eco-Point, Kundala lake, Blossom Garden in absolute serenity which is surrounded by green valleys and majestic landscapes.
- After lunch explore the Eravikulam National Park,Rajamalai (home to the endangered Nilgiri Thar mountain goat amongst others.
- Overnight Stay at hotel/resort.
Day 3 Munnar to Thekkady | Welcome to the Land of Spice of Kerala
- Brace the playful morning light and wake up to a beautiful morning
- After breakfast check out from the resort, and drive to Periyar, an area known for its undulating hills, spice plantations.
- Check into your hotel/resort and take rest for some time.
- You may go for an Elephant ride, Jeep safari and have a chance to spot the big cat in the Tiger Reserve
- Take a walk by the lake in the evening that seamlessly blends in the flora and fauna, complimenting the lush green forest
- Watch the sun setting down the horizon, leaving back the warm shades in the sky

Day 4 Thekkedy to Kochi | Welcome to the Queen of Arabian Sea
- Wake up the sound of chirping birds after breakfast, check out from hotel, transfer to Kochi (also known as Cochin), the Commercial Capital of Kerala.
- On arrival check into the hotel, later in the afternoon have short city tour of Kochi, the city famed as ‘Queen of Arabian Sea.
- Visit to Mattanchery Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church – The Oldest European Church in India, the Chinese Fishing Nets – living symbols of centuries Old Chinese influence.
- Spend the evening at leisure.
