- Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
- It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 liters as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc.
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
- Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
- Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
- Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
- The exact location will be shared with you post-booking.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Sailing of Pvt. Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/ Coastal Cruise) is subject to availability if not operated/available travellers will be booked through Govt. Ferry
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) if bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds in the wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.
- Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Tour Plan
Day 1 Port Blair | Visit the Historical Cellular Jail (Kaala Paani)
Upon your arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, the driver will pick you up & drop you at your hotel. After check-in, visit Corbyn Cove beach & enjoy wonderful views of the ocean on one side & palm trees on the other side. Then, reached Cellular Jail (Kaala Paani Jail), where the freedom fighters were imprisoned. In the evening, enjoy a light & sound show that projects the tricolour on the jail. Later, get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Transfer in Xylo, Ertiga or similar
- The driver will pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your pre-booked hotel in Port Blair.
- After check-in, the driver will pick you up & take you to Corbyn Cove Beach.
- Post your visit to Corbyn Cove Beach, the driver will take you to Cellular Jail for exploration.
- After exploration, the driver will drop you back at your hotel in Port Blair for an overnight stay.
Activity: Enjoy the Amazing Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail

Day 2 Havelock Island Excursion | Visit Radhanagar Beach
Post-checkout, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to Phoenix Bay Harbour for a ferry ride to Havelock Island. Upon arrival in Havelock, check in to your hotel. After check-in, visit Radhanagar Beach, titled the 7th best beach in the world. Walk on the coastline and take in the views of the surroundings as the sun sets. Later, get transferred to your hotel in Havelock for an overnight stay.
Transfer in Xylo, Ertiga or similar
- Post-checkout, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to Phoenix Bay Harbor for a ferry ride to Havelock Island.
- Upon arrival, get transferred to your hotel on Havelock Island.
- Post check-in, the driver will transfer you to Radhanagar Beach.
- After your visit to the beach, get transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay on Havelock Island.

Day 3 Elephant Beach | Sail Over the Pristine Waters of Havelock
The driver will pick you up and transfer you to the jetty point for a speedboat ride to Elephant Beach. You can also enjoy scuba diving at Neemo Reef before visiting Elephant Beach (at an additional cost). Then, take a speedboat to Elephant Beach, on the way, enjoy demo snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters. After reaching Elephant Beach, have a rejuvenating dip in the shimmering waters of the Bay of Bengal. Post-visit; get transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Upon arriving at Kalapathar Beach, take in the beautiful views of sunrise and the shimmering Indian Ocean. Then, head back to your hotel for checkout. Post check out, arrive at the ferry point & take a ferry to Neil Islands. Upon arriving at Neil Islands, get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Check-out from your hotel after which the driver will pick you up and take you to Laxmanpur Beach. At Laxmanpur Beach, see the Natural Coral Bridge. Afterwards, visit Bharatpur Beach, where you can enjoy thrilling water sports activities. Then, reach Sitapur Beach, and see a cave & 1000-year-old coral reefs as you walk along the coast. Later, take a ferry to Port Blair, from where the driver will drop you at your hotel for an overnight stay.
