• Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
• The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
• Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.

• Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.

• Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.

• Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
• Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Caravan Hospitality control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
• In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Caravan Hospitality will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
• The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
