Ransher singh, a polo player is the owner and host and so a stable of robust polo ponies share the farm that khas bagh is set on. An inviting swimming pool on the estate is just made for a relaxing day with a tall drink at hand while visits to the elephant camp, horse safaries, riding lessons are some activities on offer.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 60 days prior to arrival.

• Any cancellation before 90 days will have no retention charges.
• Cancellation made within 90 days from c/in date will attract first day amount as retention charges.
• Cancellation made within 45 days from c/in date will attract 100% amount as retention charges.
• Please note that the cancellation policy will not apply to festive dates such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year. 100% payment will be charged on cancellation.

Early check-In or Late-Check out can be made on request subject to availability.

A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0700 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1200 to

1800 hours. Room not occupied by 2300 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
