• The booking is non-refundable since the operator of this booking sources the necessary permits required to cater the activity.
• For safety purpose, this activity is not recommended for women who more than 3 months pregnant, children below 5 years old, anyone that has had major surgery or has a broken leg/arm or chronic back or neck pains.
• The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.

• Park may be closed without any prior notice to visitors.
• The Jhalana Safari can be availed by anyone above 5 years of age.
• Maximum 6 people can come in a jeep. Children below 6 years can join free of cost.
• A minimum of two people and a maximum of six people can avail for this Jhalana Safari.

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
