How to Reach:
By Air: Sanganer Airport is located in the heart of the city of Jaipur. The airport has flight connectivity with major Indian cities like Mumbai and Delhi. International tourists can take connecting flights to Jaipur from Mumbai or Delhi Airport.
By Rail: Jaipur Junction Railway Station is the main gateway to the city. Prominent cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Udaipur, and Jodhpur are linked to Jaipur via direct trains.
By Road: Jaipur is well-connected by road to major cities like Delhi, Agra, Kota, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Vadodara, and Ajmer.

More Detail
- Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- Standard check in time at the camps is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
- The Vehicle will Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis. Be available only till 8 PM.
- The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
- Vehicles will be provided as per the group size
- Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
- Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Meals other than those specified are exclusion to the package.
- Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
- Reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
- Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
- In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) if bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
- Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Day 01 Arrival in Jaipur | Welcome to the ‘Pink City of India’
Upon your arrival in Jaipur, the driver will pick you up from the airport or railway station and take you to your hotel. Once you check in, rest for a while and get ready for sightseeing. Start with a short stopover at the iconic Hawa Mahal, and visit the observatory of Jantar Mantar followed by the the City Palace. In the evening, visit Govind Dev Ji Temple and explore the local market. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

- The driver will pick you up from the airport or railway station of Jaipur and drop you at your pre-booked hotel in Jaipur.
- The driver will again pick you up from the hotel and take you for local sightseeing of Jaipur.
- Post sightseeing; get transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur.
Activity: Local Sightseeing of Jaipur
- Start your sightseeing with the short stopover at the iconic Hawa Mahal which is a symbol of Jaipur
- You will then visit the Jantar Mantar observatory and see the world’s biggest sundial, an important astronomical instrument.
- You will then visit the current residence of the royal family – The City Palace and Museum that displays the weaponry and handlooms that were used by the royal family, years back.
- In evening, seek blessings at the Govind Dev Ji Temple.
- You can then leisurely explore the local markets such as the Johari Bazaar, Tripolia Bazaar, etc. and shop for handicrafts and souvenirs.
Day 02 Jaipur Sightseeing Tour | Explore the Heritage City
The driver will pick you up from your hotel & take you for heritage city tour of Jaipur. Visit the majestic Amer Fort, a witness to wars & royal celebrations. Continue to Jaigarh Fort, housing one of the largest cannons, & visit Nahargarh Fort, offering stunning city views. Capture the beautiful landscapes with a photo-stop at Jal Mahal (water palace). Discover the magnificence of Birla Temple, crafted with shimmering white marble. Later, return back to hotel.

- The driver will pick you up from hotel and take you for heritage city tour of Jaipur.

- Dive into history by visiting the Amer Fort, which has witnessed a number of wars and royal celebrations and also served as a residence to a number of rulers.
- Next, visit the Jaigarh Fort which houses one of the biggest cannons and the Nahargarh Fort from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city.
- Take a photo stop at Jal Mahal to get some amazing clicks in traditional Indian attire.
- Marvel at the beauty of Birla Temple, made with shimmering white marble and carved with various mythological events.
Day 03 Jaipur to Jodhpur | Home to the Impregnable Mehrangarh Fort
Post check-out; get picked up by the driver who will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel in Jodhpur. After check-in, the driver will again pick you up and take you for sightseeing of the ‘Blue City’. Start by visiting the mighty Mehrangarh Fort followed by the Jaswant Thada, a cenotaph built by Maharaja Sardar Singh. Next, visit the Ghanta Ghar which served as the only time tracking source in earlier times. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 04 Jodhpur to Jaisalmer | Welcome to the Shimmering ‘Golden City’ of Rajasthan
Post check-out from your hotel in Jodhpur, the driver will pick you up and take you the Golden City of Jaisalmer. On your way, stop at the Jaisalmer War Memorial. Continue your journey and get dropped at your pre-booked hotel in Jaisalmer. After check-in, get picked up by the driver for sightseeing and visit the stunning Jaisalmer Fort, offering panoramic views of the entire city. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Transfer in Toyota Etios, Sedan or similar
- The driver will pick you up from the hotel in Jodhpur and take you to Jaisalmer War Memorial.
- After visiting the War Memorial, get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 05 Sightseeing in Jaisalmer | Explore the Secrets Hidden Behind the Beautiful Sand Dunes
Post check-out, the driver will pick you up from your hotel and take your for sightseeing of Jaisalmer. Start by visiting charming Gadisar Lake. Next visit the ancient Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmahal ki Haveli & Salim Singh ki Haveli. Later, get transferred to the Sam Sand Dunes and check-in to your desert camp. Have an adventurous evening with a camel ride, bonfire, traditional dance, DJ night and lastly, a scrumptious traditional dinner.

Day 06 Jaisalmer to Jodhpur | Departure
Pack your bags and check-out from the desert camps. The driver will pick you up from the camps and take you to Jodhpur Railway Station / Airport from where you will return back home.
