• Please Note that our check-in time 02:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon, early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability of rooms and will be chargeable.
• Rates are non-commissionable net rates.
• Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner Mandatory and these rates not valid for Diwali season, wedding dates, black-out dates and New Year week (01 Dec to 10 Jan).
• More than 3 adults are not allowed in the same room.
• Child below 06 years is complimentary in the same room without any extra bed. 06 years & above will be treated as an adult & will be charged accordingly.
• As per government guidelines, all resident guests are requested to carry a proof of identity at time of check in. Below are the list of documents considered as Proof of Identity & Address as per government Indian National Driving License, Valid Passport, AADHAR Card, Voter ID, Non Resident Indians Valid Passport & Visa with POI/OCI, Indian Resident Permit.
• Cancellation/Amendment/No Show Policy:
• The one night accommodation room rate will be charged as a retention charges in case any of the guest (as mentioned above) will be a ‘No Show’ (doesn’t Arrive) / Cancellation or any amendment done within 72 hrs. (For Group Booking – 30 Days) prior to the date of arrival as per hotel policy.
• All No-Shows will be liable for full retention charges.
