Overview
Badrinath is a town and nagar panchayat in Chamoli district in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is a Hindu holy place, and is one of the four sites in India’s Char Dham pilgrimage. It is also part of India’s Chota Char Dham pilgrimage circuit and gets its name from the Badrinath Temple.
Kedarnath is a town and Nagar Panchayat in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India, known primarily for the Kedarnath Temple. It is approximately 86.5 kilometres from Rudraprayag, the district headquarters. Kedarnath is the most remote of the four Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites.
Registration:

Body Weight:
Weight Requirements: Each passenger’s actual body weight is needed at booking. The average limit is under 75kg per person. Passengers exceeding 75 kg should check with Operations for available dates. Additional charges of Rs. 2500/- per kg plus GST apply for weights over 75 kg. Please note, if actual weight exceeds the informed weight, the operator may need to de-board passengers. Charges are non-refundable.
Weight Exceeds:
If declared weight exceeds more than 2KG at the time of travel, than operator reserves the right to de-board such guest and the amount paid is totally nonrefundable.
Seating and Capacity:
Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a maximum total weight of 450 kg.
Departure Timings:
Timing Confirmation: Departure times will be confirmed one day prior and may change due to weather conditions, VVIP movements, or maintenance work.
Kedarnath Darshan:
Visit to Kedarnath: Passengers will land at Phata / Sirsi Helipad and receive a slot to fly to Kedarnath. Timings for these non-scheduled flights will be provided upon arrival at Phata / Sirsi. Please expect a waiting period of 2-4 hours depending on ground situations.
Luggage Allowance:
Luggage: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 5 kg for Chardham and 3 kg for Do Dham Yatra.
Facilities:
Heater or Blower: Please note that heaters and blowers are not available in the hotels during the Yatra.
VIP Darshan:
All Vip Darshan is totally depends by the Mandir Samiti and Uttarakhand Government.

- Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, laundry etc.
- Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, day packs, personal medical kit etc.
- Any exigency expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control
- Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non- alcoholic, beverages, porterage, tips, phone calls, laundry etc.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary.
- Camera fees, guide charges
- Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the inclusions.

Meals:
- Meal Information: All meals provided are vegetarian.
- Packed Breakfast: Options include a sandwich, paratha, poori with dry bhaji, or poha.
- Breakfast: Served with tea/coffee, paratha with curd, poori bhaji, or upma/poha (0730-1000 Hrs).
- Lunch and Dinner: Includes salad, one seasonal vegetable, One Dal, One Paneer Dish, Roti, and Rice.

Product Terms and Conditions
- Service Tax (GST) extra on total billing.
- Maximum 06 Passengers/Guest will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
- Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper. At any cost we won’t allow passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard rule for Aviation.
- All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
- Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trolleys are not
- Every any person beyond 75 Kg extra charges will be applicable.
- Total passengers weight should not be more than 420 Kgs.
- Please share your actual body weight at the time of Booking. Your body weight will be measured before your
- Photo ID card mandatory while you are on tour (Pan Card not valid)
- A/c in Vehicle will be switched off during hilly drive.
- Person With Asthma Or Any Health Problems Need To Get A Medical Check Up And To Travel On advise Of The Doctor. Bottle of Oxygen available at medical shops. Can be arranged at extra cost if required.
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
- The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
- Remaining 50% amount to be paid 15 Days before the journey starts.
- In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to Dham due to bad weather conditions / technical reasons. In this scenario company will still try to visit the all dham by extending the timeframe. Company will do all the dhams on the next day if weather condition remains poor whole day.
- Prices will remain same evening case the royalty fees changes or remains same.
- Any Extra Night due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
Payment and Cancellation Terms:
- To book and confirm your tour, we request you to deposit 25% advance. Balance amount to be paid before 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
- For bookings less than 30 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.
- Tickets and Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to date of departure.
Cancellation:
- Please note Cancellation request needs to reach us in writing.
- Any amendment received after booking will be treated as cancellation.

- Document: Carry one Id proof for yatra
- About Food: Drink Mineral water en route yatra. Avoid oily food; eat as you comfortable for walk
- Fitness: Yamunotri trek (12km) and Kedarnath ji (42 kms round trek); therefore fitness is required. Anybody can join this Yatra if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for
- Clothing’s: As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly. Clothing’s for both extremes of climate and temperature. While driving to Chardham Yatra, it will be warm inside the vehicle and light clothing will be required, but as soon as you step out of the vehicle, warm clothing will be required to keep off the cold winds of the Himalayas. Evening will be generally cold and warm clothing will be required.
- Bring the following items with you: Woolen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woolen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt and Trekking shoes
- Attitude Sickness: – This is an environment related condition that can effect anyone who ascends too rapidly to high elevations without acclimatizing properly and also consult your doctor
- Health Consideration: – All Tourist We do ask you to bring along your own small first aid kit (available at Pharmacies). Some of the items we ask you to bring in the kit are: Antiseptic cream or Wound disinfectant: Iodine and tube-squeeze cream. Foot care and Blister Treatment, band-aids, adhesive roll and strips, gauze pads, moleskin. (Please bring ankle high boots to avoid muscle sprain.)
- Responsibility:-All arrangements with in Chardham Yatra, reserves by us the right to change itineraries without prior notice, depending on the weather and road condition.
- Insurance: – We recommend that you insure yourself against sickness, EMERGENCY RESCUE, accident Hospitalization, etc. We are not liable and responsible for any damages or extra expenses that may arise from mishaps and the loss of their belongings during the pilgrimage.
- Bad Weather Situation: If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75% and so on
Tour Plan
Day 1 Arrived Dehradun:
Upon arrival at Dehradun airport you will transfer to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel.
Hotel: Hotel Aketa or Similar
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 2 Dehradun – Sersi – Kedarnath:
Fly to Kedarnath Via Sersi. (There will be a Short Stop over at Sersi and Changeover of Helicopter) Arrive at Sersi / Kedarnath Helipad and proceed for Shri Kedarnath Ji Dham Darshan. Rest of the day at leisure.
Hotel: Hotel- Sersi heights or Similar
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 3 Sersi – Badrinath:
After Breakfast relax at hotel. Later fly to Badrinath. After check-in, Lunch and proceed for a Day Trip to Mana Village. Evening visit to Badrinath Temple for the Darshan and Evening back to Hotel Dinner.

Day 4 Badrinath – Dehradun – Departure:
Today back to Dehradun. On arrival at Dehradun, we will collect the luggage from the hotel at Dehradun and drop pilgrims to the airport/ railway station.
Note: Guests who would like to book their return journeys from Dehradun can book their flights / trains after 1400 hrs. On the last day of the tour.
