By Air: The best way to Reach Jodhpur is via Air as the City has its own Domestic Airport, located just 5 kilometers from the city center.

By Rail: Another Good option is through Jodhpur railhead as it is well connected by Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata. Even the luxurious ‘Palace on Wheels’ also visits the city of royal splendor.

By Road: One can also through Cabs / Buses as Jodhpur is well-connected with national and state highways that connect cities like Delhi, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, and Jaipur.

• The above rates would vary and won’t be same on special days such as Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas and New Years.
• Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
• Additional cost due to flight cancellation/ roadblocks, Political unrest etc are not a part of the package.
• GST is applicable to the tour cost.
• The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.

• The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
• Reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e. weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only.
• There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
• All entry tickets for stapes, monasteries, and sightseeing, state and entry fees are not a part of the package.
• Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival
• Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actual.

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

• If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
