1. The check-in time of the hotel is 14:00 Hrs & check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in & late checkout will be subject to availability & on a chargeable basis.
2. All non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released 07 days prior to the day of arrival.
3. In case of cash payment exceeding INR 20000/- a Pan card copy of the guest is Mandatory.
4. A valid government-approved address proof is mandatory for Indian Citizens. The same includes DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID, AADHAR CARD and PASSPORT for each adult is mandatory. For foreign nationals, they need to carry a VALID PASSPORT AND INDIAN VISA for each adult.
5. Check-in denied by the hotel due to lack of Photo id Proof / Address proof, will not be eligible for any refund and will be considered as “NO SHOW”.
