- Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside.
- Any increase in Fuel Price and any applicability of new taxes from the Government
- Any upgrade in the hotel or its room category and cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, airline change, travel date change, accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porter age (coolie charges), tips, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, Sanctuary Park Fees, Camera Fee, Elephant / Horse / Pony Ride, Boat Ride, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or beverages.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
- Any extra sightseeing, services or activity charges other than those included in itinerary. Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests

Terms and Conditions
- Rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar and Thekkady for all category of packages (if package has Munnar or Thekkady)
- The rate communicate to you on email is calculated on the basis of hotels and room type mentioned
- In case, if room type is not mentioned, calculation will be based on base category room in the hotel
- Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on the availability of hotels mentioned. we do not book rooms at the time of sending confirmation
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will give you different options and the rate of the package will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection
- In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded without deducting any service charge and this need to be communicated to us in one day’s time after receiving the new hotel list
- There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your concern
- We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
- Caravan Hospitality Hub does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in the houseboat is included for package includes houseboat) and personal expenses
- During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Tour Plan
Day 01: Arrival at Cochin
Once you arrive at Cochin airport or railway station, our executives will pick you up and drop you to the hotel. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure across the nearby markets.
Day 02: Across the nooks and corners of Cochin and drive to Munnar (4 h 1 min, 132.7 km)
After the morning meal, go for a touring in and around Cochin which incorporates The Chinese angling nets, Dutch Palace, Portuguese engineering the Jewish Synagogue, and St. Francis Church. After the touring, drive to Munnar. On landing, check into the hotel in Munnar and spend the evening at leisure.
Day 03: Tour across Munnar
After the morning meal, continue for touring of Munnar which incorporates Mattupetti Dam, Rajamala, Kundala dam Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point and more. Once sightseeing is over, retire for the day in your comfortable, cozy room in Munnar.
Day 04: Into the wild at Thekkady (3 h 12 min, 91.3 km)
After breakfast at the retreat, executives will drive you to Thekkady. On landing in Thekkady, register with the lodging at Thekkady. Spend the rest of the day as you wish touring across the little paths here.
Day 05: Boating and more at Periyar National Reserve in Thekkady and then drive to Kumarakom (3 h 34 min, 132.7 km)
Early morning today you will be spending time boating in the lake amidst the thick greenery. You will then be taken to Kumarakom. On landing register with the lodging in Kumarakom. Evening tour in and around Kumarakom.
Day 06: Destination Kovalam (4 h 7 min, 176.3 km)
After breakfast, drive to Kovalam. Enroute visit of Srichitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple. On landing in Kovalam register with the inn in Kovalam. Spend the rest of the night at leisure in Kovalam.
Day 07: To Kanyakumari (2 h 28 min, 90.0 km)
After breakfast at the lodging, drive to Kanyakumari for touring. Drive back to Kovalam in the night and relax the night.
Day 08: Departure
After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, our executives will drop you back to the airport or railway station. Your tour comes to an end today.
