By Air:Â The nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai. There are regular flights to Mumbai available from all over India.
By Train:Â Mumbai is also well connected to all over India by railways. You can get a train to Mumbai from any major city in India.
By Road:Â Mumbai is well connected by many of the southern cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Goa, and Kochi. You can easily reach Mumbai by private/public transport from all the major cities.

- Please note that the price of the package may fluctuate as per the flight tickets, availability and the date of travel. It is advisable to consult it with the travel agent.
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Caravan Hospitality reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e. weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc. are not a part of the package.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
- Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actual.
- It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour.
- GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
- Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
- Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
- All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
- The display prices mentioned are for minimum 2 PAX for Standard, Deluxe and Super Deluxe Properties.
- The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
- Stay in the base category room as per the variant selected.
- Because of any reason, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
- Transportation Permits to Rohtang pass are available on ground and hence are not included in the Package.

- Vehicle is not at Disposal, and is only for sightseeing covered in the itinerary. Any deviation from the proposed itinerary may invite extra charges.
- Heater and Hot Water are subject to availability at the hotel
- In case of heavy snowfall, if the vehicle needs to be upgraded to 4×4 then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Tour Plan
Day 1 Take a flight from Mumbai to Delhi and procced to Manali | A Township Nestled in the Picturesque Beas River Valley
- Board a flight from Mumbai to Delhi.
- On reaching the Delhi Airport you will be greeted by a representative who will help you get transferred to Manali.
- The overnight journey takes you through some of the most scenic views as you travel to the majestic Himalayas to reach Manali the next morning.
Day 2 Sightseeing in Manali | A Paradise with Natural Charm and Unparalleled Beauty
- Reach Manali early in the morning.
- Here you will meet a representative who will help you with the transfers to the hotel.
- Once you get checked into the hotel take some rest after the tiresome journey.
- Later in the afternoon, embark on the local sightseeing tour of Manali.
- Visit the Hadimba Devi Temple that is beautifully nestled between Deodar trees.
- Visit to Manu temple, Vashisht Temple and the quaint Tibetan Monastery.
- In the evening, go shopping and take a walk down the charming Mall Road.
- Return back to the hotel for the overnight stay in Manali.
Day 3 Rohtang Pass Excursion | Have a Unique Experience Driving Through the Walls of Snow
- Post a wholesome breakfast, head to the green and misty high mountains of Rohtang Pass (up to the snow line if Rohtang Pass is closed).
- En route to Rohtang pass, visit the scenic and accessible point of Palchan, Gulaba, Rahla fall, Marhi, and more.
- At Rohtang Pass, you can participate in adventure activities like Skiing, Snow Mobile Ride, Snow Tube Ride on your own at an extra cost.
- Pose along gleefully with each other as these spots provide the perfect photo opportunity due to the beauty that abounds.
- Return back to Manali for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Excursion to Solang Valley | A Paradise for Nature Lovers and Adventure Enthusiasts
- Wake up to a great view of the mountains and treat your taste buds with a yummy breakfast.
- Head out for your Solang Valley that hosts some of the most enchanting sights of the snow-covered mountains that will tempt you to get amazing insta-worthy images.
- Spend a wonderful time at the valley and try out some adventure activities such as snowboarding, paragliding and zorbing
- Later in the evening, return back to Manali for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Travel to Kullu and Manikaran | Take a Healing Dip in the Hot Sulphur Springs
- After having a delicious morning breakfast, start your amazing tour to Kullu and Manikaran.
- As you travel to Kullu, enjoy the freshness of cold air along with the jaw-dropping views of the scenic snow-clad mountains and sparkling streams.
- Take a short stopover at Kullu which is a paradise for nature lovers and hosts some of the most famous temples and other landmarks.
- Later, head out towards Manikaran which is popularly known for hot water springs and is situated in the Parvati Valley.
- Finally, in the evening, travel back from Manikaran to Bhuntar from where you will start your journey towards Delhi.
- Overnight journey to Delhi.
Day 6 Reach Delhi and Board the Flight to Mumbai | End of Trip with a Bag Full of Life Time Memories
- At around 8 AM in the morning, reach Delhi from where you will be transferred to Delhi airport.
- On reaching the airport, board your return flight to Mumbai.
- Once you reach Mumbai it marks the end of the trip.
