Terms and condition

• 50% Advance with-in 15 days of the booking and balance before 15 days of check-in date failing which the booking will be released /cancelled.
• Check-In and Check-Out time at 12 noon.
• 50% of the given tariff for a late Check-Out till 4:00 pm and will be offered subject to availability.
• Full tariff will be charged for late Check-Out till 6:00 pm and will be offered subject to availability.
• Any arrivals prior to 7:00 am will be booked, held, and charged for, from the previous evening.
• The guest or booker at Check-Out must settle all bills in full, either by cash, or an approved credit card. We do not accept personal cheques.
• Cancellation/Amendment less than 72 hrs before guest arrival will be charged as 1 night charge.
