About the Tour:

- This 9 day 8 night tour will let you experience the best of Italy as you make your way through iconic locations and see sights so beautiful, you will be truly moved.
- The tour starts on arrival at Rome from where you will have to make your own way to the hotel.
- During the course of this tour, you will cover Rome, Pisa, Naples, Capri and end you tour at Florence.
- The tour includes accommodation, breakfast, transportation and a lot of sightseeing.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Tour Plan
Day 1 Arrive in Rome
- Arrive in Rome, meet with a travel expert, and get transferred to your hotel.
Day 2 Tour of Rome
- After breakfast in the hotel, head out for a tour of Rome.
- Begin by visiting important city squares at Piazza San Bernardo and the Moses Fountain.
- Proceed to the Piazza della Repubblica and the Fountain of Naiadi.
- Arrive at the St. Peter’s Basilica and spend some time inside the church.
- Continue on a walking tour through the centre of the city, visiting the Piazza Navona that was built on the ruins of the Domitian’s Circus, where you can see the Fountain of the Four Rivers.
- Proceed to the Pantheon of Rome which was built in 126AD as a temple to the seven deities of the seven planets.
- End your tour of the city visiting one of the oldest Baroque fountains in the world, the Trevi Fountain.
Day 3 Explore Rome
- After breakfast at the hotel, prepare for a cooking lesson in the Roman countryside.
- You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to the ancient village of Mazzano Romano.
- Walk through fields and spice gardens to pick all the necessary ingredients for the menu.
- Meet with the chef and let him guide you step-by-step through the preparation of various Italian dishes.
- Once you are done, feast on your own meal along with some of the best wines Italy has to offer.
- Head to the village of Calcata nearby, and explore its streets, galleries, and cafes.
- You will be driven back to you hotel in Rome.
Day 4 Naples Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the Termini Railway Station to board a train to Naples.
- Once you arrive at Naples, check-in to your hotel.
- Set out on a walking tour of Naples, beginning with the public square at Piazza del Plebescito, the shopping galleries of Galleria Umberto I, the Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre, and the New Castle.
- Get on a tour bus and visit the coast of Naples at Caracciolo, Mergellina, and Posillipo.
- Disembark, walk to the famous street of Spaccanapoli, and visit the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara.
Day 5 Explore Naples
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up at the Star Hotel terminus at Garibaldi Square and transferred to the port.
- Embark on a hydrofoil and head to Capri. Arrive at Capri and meet with a travel expert who will show you around Anacapri and Mount Belvedere.
- Break for lunch at a typical Italian restaurant at the Capri centre.
- Visit the Piazzetta of Capri and the Augustus Gardens, from where you can get clear views of the Faraglioni.
- End your tour of the island exploring its streets, coffee shops, and boutiques.
- Return to Naples on the hydrofoil
Day 6 Florence Tour
- After breakfast at the hotel, leave for the Garibaldi Railway Station in Naples to catch a train to the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station in Florence.
- Check-in to your hotel in Florence and proceed on a walking tour of the town.
- The guided walking tour will begin at the L-shaped Square of the Piazza della Signoria at the town hall, Palazzo Vecchio.
- Proceed to see several architectural wonders at the Duomo, the Florence Baptistery, the bell tower at Giotto’s Campanile, Brunelleschi’s Dome, the Church of Santa Trinita, the Church of Orsanmichele, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and the Vasari Corridor.
- End your walk at famous shopping streets and the ancient quarter of Oltrarno.
Day 7 Explore Florence
- After breakfast at the hotel, head out for your cooking lesson.
- Meet you chef, Giovanni, and learn to cook a Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence.
- Go grocery shopping along with the chef at the central market.
- Meet butchers, bakers, and farmers and hand pick ingredients for your lunch. Learn to identify the highest quality products.
- Head back to chef Giovanni’s kitchen and begin cooking under his expert guidance along with his assistant, Andrea.
- Your meal will consist of bruschetta, home-made pasta, and a main course, all accompanied with a selection of Chianti wines.
- Receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
Day 8 Florence Sightseeing
- After breakfast at the hotel, head out on a full day excursion of Florence.
- Begin with San Gimignano, the Town of Fine Towers that is known for its medieval architecture.
- Proceed to Siena and visit the Piazza del Campo which was once the historical centre of Tuscany.
- See the tower Torre del Mangia in the town hall, Palazzo Pubblico.
- Continue to the Florence Cathedral and admire its Gothic architecture.
- Visit the medieval walled town of Monteriggioni that was referenced in Dante’s Divine Comedy.
- End your tour on a high at the Chianti area.
- Take a tour through the famous wine yards and taste some of the best Chianti red wine along with traditional Italian snacks.
Day 9 Departure
- After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
