1. GST is applicable to the tour cost.
2. Airfare to the starting point of your trip and back is not included in the cost.
3. The traveler will have to take care of their international airfare, visa fees, airport tax or any kind of insurance cover
4. Items of personal nature like drinks, laundry, telephone calls, tips, camera fees etc or any other item not specifically mentioned above as ‘INCLUDED’ is to be considered an exclusion of the deal.
5. Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc. will not be accommodated in the cost.
6. No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
7. Do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the tour.
8. The vehicle for sightseeing is available on an itinerary basis only, and will not be on disposal.
9. Price will vary according to the no. of people.
10. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
11. The tour takes place through Eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites.

This activity can be availed as a private or group tour

1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
5. Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

1. The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
2. All applicable refunds will be done in traveler’s Caravan Hospitality

1. The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
2. In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
3. Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
